Una de las maneras de ahorrar, es la reutilización del agua de la ducha. En una ciudad como Barcelona se pueden ahorrar unos 72 euros/año. La manera de hacerlo con platos de ducha tradiciionales o bañeras que no permiten la reutilización del agua. La manera es utilizar cubos en los cuales el individo se deposita dentro y el agua fluye hasta llenar el cubo. Una vez lleno en las diferentes partes de la ducha se va trasladando a otros 2 o 3 cubos que ha de tener alrededor de la ducha. Al final se consigue tener llenos los cubos que suponen aproximadamente dependiendo de la ducha entre 3- 6 tiradas largas de wc.
