OFERTA DE TRABAJO Regional Marketing/Sales Assistant (EMEA)

The Regional Marketing/Sales Assistant (EMEA) will provide general administrative support to EMEA Regional Marketing and Sales team.

What your responsibilities will be:

• You will provide general administrative support: suppliers invoice management, new suppliers management in the system, etc.
• You will organize Marketing and Sales events, coordinating the logistics with Grifols Viajes for internally sponsored events, sales meetings, etc.
• You will manage the Marketing Communication requests such as the translation of promotional materials from countries requests and will follow up with internal stakeholders.
• You will support Cluster Managers in tender process for direct customers and strategic distributors’ accounts.
• You will be the SAP Shared Portal Administrator.
• You will ensure compliance in procedures and protocols outlined by the organization.

Who you are:

• Education in Administration.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. Preferable experience in communications and events.
• Knowledge of Diagnostics, pharmaceutical or medical devices industry would be a plus.
• Advanced level in Spanish and English (C1).
• Proficient knowledge of MS-Office suite.
• Collaborative and able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
• Dynamic, proactive and decisive person.

• Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-9 to 17-18h and Friday 8-15h.
