OPERATIONS DIRECTOR. Important Engineering EPC Company in Oil&Gas industry is looking for Operating Director in Madrid. Under the CEO, the main roles will be: Responsible for directing and overseeing all the project, execution and related activities, including Oli&Gas projects. Responsible of the office, being reported to by all Project Managers and all technical staff. Ensure that all financial targets are met, ensuring that all departments achieve agreed targets and operate within agreed budgets. Ensure that all operation costs are consistently in line with revenue by implementing systems for reviewing them. Guarantee optima profitability of the project, respecting always quality standards and complying with all contractual requirements. Execute, coordinate with subcontractor, clients and consultants to ensure timely completion of project. Requirements: Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical. Candidates should have 15-20 years Project Management experience in Oli&Gas or power Generations projects in Engineering Consultancy companies or EPC, Managerial experience to handle the business opportunities in Middle East and to maintain the existing clients and also to explore the market for new business opportunities in the region. It is a must to have experience or project experience with a major EPC company. Must be a good team player with good team management skills and commercial acumen. Should also be result oriented, self-driven with a good track record. Fluent English required.
