INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - EMEA SOUTH
TESLIN® High-Performance Synthetic Paper — The Proven Choice for Durable Applications
As a single-layer, polyolefin-based material, Teslin substrate is in a category of its own among synthetic papers and printable plastics because it is engineered with a microporous matrix that allows it to absorb and create strong interlocking bonds with inks, adhesives, coatings and laminating films. In addition to making Teslin substrate breathable and lightweight, microporosity also enables it to combine insulation, cushioning and other exclusive performance benefits in a way that no other synthetic substrate can equal
Key Responsibilites:
• Responsible for aggressively growing sales of products in his/her territory (South Europe: Spain, Portugal, italy, France, Balcans);
• Expectation of minimum 10% growth per year;
• Manage an array of existing direct and distributor accounts with a strong focus on new account development
• Work closely with sales, marketing and technical resources to develop appropriate strategies to penetrate target accounts and markets and to effectively communicate key marketing, industry and competitive trends in the Marketplace;
• Call upon a wide variety of levels and functional areas within any given account
Requirements:
• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
• Three years of prior sales or marketing experience
preferably in an international environment
• Prior experience in the label or adhesive industry is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills with a high focus on results
• Proven success in sales territory growth and the ability to quickly assess market dynamics and opportunities;
• Open mind and good communication skills
• Should speak Spanish or Italian and English fluently. Ideally one additional language like French
