Raw Materials Technician

Job role: working with the Chemistry laboratory analysing research and QC samples.
Responsibilities:
- Testing and performing physical and raw material tests to protocols as required.
- Reading results; reporting results; and reviewing outcomes.
- Working to agreed timelines
- Proficiency testing; validating procedures and equipment;
- Laboratory maintenance and laboratory ordering as required.
Desired skills:
- Ideally Degree in Chemistry (or equivalent) in science.
- Relevant laboratory testing experience within quality control, raw material and physical chemistry.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and prioritising.
- Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Must be capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Excellent manual dexterity including proficiency in various laboratory techniques.
