Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

• Develop new and innovative product concepts for make-up
• Drive and follow-up on briefs with our partners, e.g. creative agencies, packaging teams and suppliers
• Coordinate the launch of new projects at a worldwide level
• Make and deliver presentations to get buy-in from management and clients
• Get inside the market and be a trend radar for your team

What You’ll Need To Be

• A makeup superfan on top of the latest developments in this vibrant market
• Ultra-creative with specific professional and personal experiences that show how creative you are
• Able to get on really well with people in a company setting
• Someone who thinks internationally, and ideally has experience working or studying in different countries
• Fluent in English, and Spanish would be a real advantage
• Tech and digital savvy
