We are currently looking for a Project Manager to coordinate all of the company’s cross-department projects related to launches of new products and new markets, as well as co-branding projects with third parties. Let’s start by seeing if you’re passionate about the following responsibilities: Project Management (new products): lead the development of new projects by designing an action plan and executing it by coordinating all the internal leads and external players who may be involved, in addition to executing certain tasks directly. Make sure all projects take place on time and are successfully executed. Support the development of new markets: assist the business development team by coordinating all the operations involved in the launch of a new market. Internal organization support: participate in the establishment of the company’s goals, and provide support for both defining and following up on the quarterly masterplan. Foster synergies across departments: make sure that information flows across the organization to avoid inefficiencies that could hinder the proper delivery of projects. We would love to meet you if: You have an undergraduate degree in any kind of Engineering. Degrees in Chemistry. You have more than 5 years of experience in roles that have involved project management. At least 2 years of experience working as a project manager at a company (not as an external consultant). You have previous experience working on industrial projects within the food industry, and you have a good understanding of the complete value chain. You have an understanding of basic financial concepts. Your mindset is people-focused with natural leadership skills, and you have the ability to motivate teams to exceed high-performance expectations. You also have outstanding people skills for coordinating with third
parties, and you are self-sufficient and have negotiation skills that allow you to quickly solve problems in conflictive situations. You are an organized person and pay considerable attention to detail. You are a strategic and process-oriented person with a strong sense of kinship with the fast pace of a growing company. You are fluent in Spanish and English. Another European language is a plus. You work well in high-pressure environments and are able to transform a chaotic situation into a structured plan.
