Swine influenza isolates to 26 students and 4 teachers in a New Zealand school

Twenty-six members of an orchestra of a secondary school and four teachers, who are being treated as suspicious after the victim showed some flu symptoms after returning from a trip to California.

Most are in their homes, but some are under surveillance at the residence of the school.

More than 400 people in New Zealand today have been subject to a voluntary isolation to limit contact with potential victims of influenza A.

Four cases were confirmed in the country and another 11 are probable victims of atypical influenza.

Also are exploring other 121 cases of people with flu symptoms who were in Mexico and United States or who were in contact with sick people.
