When the flu stalking, conspiracy to sneeze

* The rumors about the possible 'manufacture' of Virsa spread of influenza on the Internet
* One theory holds that this is going to give 'stock' of Tamiflu
* Another cree which is an attempt to assassinate Obama
* An alleged witness spoke of a dangerous biological material from the Pentagon

ALBERTO FERNÁNDEZ 28.04.2009 - 16:35 hHecho 1: The swine influenza virus is known to combine material from pigs, birds and humans in a way that researchers have not ever seen (in fact, the Institute for Animal Health has requested that ceases to be called swine flu and the name of U.S. flu).

Fact 2: In all the cases of United States and Europe the victims have not had any contact with pigs, then the pigs have nothing to do with the topic.

Fact 3: The world has huge reserves of Tamiflu, the potent antiviral against avian influenza.

Done 4: Major global magnates have global interests, including former Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld.

This sequence of events worthy of a character in a film by Oliver Stone, is circulating the Internet like wildfire as time passes, the outbreak of swine flu spreads around the planet and yet there is no official explanation of the origin of the outbreak.

Goal 1: Obama

This is one of them, like so many, has been compiled by the blog Global Dashboard. Alongside these, there are others that involve the U.S. State Department, to the pharmaceutical and even talk of a plot to kill the U.S. president, Barack Obama.

This rumor was so strong that it became denied by the White House spokesman, Robert Gibbs, who emphasized that the president's health was excellent despite the fact that during his visit to Mexico he met an archaeologist who died soon after in mysterious.

Specifically, the U.S. president met with Philip Solis, a renowned archaeologist at the Museum of Anthropology in Mexico. The next day, Solis died with symptoms similar to influenza.

"They have Obama in a bubble, but sophisticated conspirators could have reached him through third person infected with the virus and be able to pass the security check and the man under investigation ends with the president, denouncing the 'blogger 'Robert Wenzel.

"The population of Mexico City, where Obama met Solis, is over 8.8 million people. Quetodos Assuming the 1000 suspected cases of Mexico are in the capital, the probability that anyone in the city with the virus is 0125% "is added.

Government Conspiracy

However, the truth is that Obama is healthy, at least for now-it will open up other theories on the network. For example, is the story of a trucker who performs transport for the government for years, which has sent a letter to the home page invizibletouch.com.

"I finished two weeks ago to carry boxes labeled biohazard the Pentagon. After an armed man, I stand in the dock for unloading while someone came to do an inspection. They were not government workers, I know because I relate with them regularly (...)"

"I saw the boxes of my truck and broken open in a room next to the pier. The content was not there, but a sheet of paper inside the Pentagon. Half the page was the heading" H1N1-virus, swine influenza-probability of success at the epicenter, "concludes the letter, which is a list of cities like Mexico City, Los Angeles, New York, Houston and, surprisingly, Singapore.

The same truck driver made a similar statement in the radio program The Power Hour, stressing that what he's saying "I have put in danger" and that it was a virus created in the laboratory by the Department of Homeland Security U.S.. UU ..

More conspiracies

More original is Mike Adams, editor of Natural News portal, which posed a rhetorical question at least original: "Could the world's governments, guiasdos by the anticipation of a radical climate change caused by the overpopulation of the planet, creating a force supersereta to create and distruibuir a superviolenta variant of influenza virus to 'fix' the world's people (martial law and institute a global). "

In fact, these and other conspiracy theories have not been carved out this weekend, but has already appeared in other epidemics and outbreaks of influenza from avian to Spanish, the largest epidemic of the twentieth century.

"The flu started in the United States as a biological warfare weapon that somehow infected soldiers camps estadpunidense of Riley, in March 1918 and spread throughout the world," said the former head of the Gestapo, Heinrich Müller in 1948. Are they sound?

Gave antivirals at 20 of the infected family Almansa

The boy, who was in the Riviera Maya, had headaches, fever and sore throat

F. D. GONZALEZ / Almansa (Albacete)

A capsule of 35 mg of Osetalmivir every 12 hours over five days. It is the prescription that the Hospital of Almansa (Albacete) yesterday to 20 families of GA, the first swine flu affected by the EU, which is good.

Good health and wanting to return to class to finish the race. A. That was yesterday G., the youngest of 23 years who remained hospitalized at the General Hospital of Almansa (Albacete) affected swine flu, the first confirmed case in Spain and in Europe that was unleashed from the outbreak of this disease in Mexico.

Senior of Business Administration at the University of Valencia, "is great", according to THE WORLD yesterday said his father, Antonio Gil Salcedo, who said that his son, who contracted the virus during their trip to career in the Mexican Riviera Maya, is not suffering any symptoms to be feared for the family.

This diagnosis was confirmed by the hospital and the Department of Public Health in Castilla-La Mancha, which confirmed that the case is not serious, although they have been activated for the antiviral action protocols.

"You do not have a fever since Saturday evening, and what you have are 37.5 [degrees]," said the father. Indeed, peace in the family for the patient is absolute, though great strain by the mass media occurred in the last few hours.

"I see it very well. We talked with him as ever, and eats and sleeps well, "added the father. "It was a shock that is going on, but you have to send out a message of tranquility. We would be more concerned if we were seeing it wrong, but it is not, 'said Antonio Gil.

His mother is by his side since he entered the hospital last Saturday Almansa from a primary care center of the town Albacete. The couple went to the doctor suffering from headache, fever and sore throat, but no respiratory problems.

A few days earlier, on Wednesday, 22, had landed in Madrid from Mexico, where he enjoyed with his classmates from a trip to celebrate his degree. Now it remains isolated on the second floor of the area of Internal Medicine Hospital of Almansa.

His mother, his father, his sister and her personal doctor treating you must wear a mask at all times, gowns and gloves as a precaution. To seal all escape routes of the virus to their families in their immediate environment -20 people, confirmed yesterday as the manager of the hospital, John Rivers, were also supplied antiviral treatment for five days to avoid risks : a capsule of 35 mg of Osetalmivir every 12 hours.

The protocol in these cases is initiated by identifying the contacts have been maintained during the two or three days anteriores.Después offered antiviral treatment and are asked to maintain communication with health care, for if they have symptoms, although these people do not require aislamiento.Por caution, since the health service are continuing to make calls if they detect any symptoms compatible with 20 of these contacts gripe.Ninguno has suffered fever so far.

A. G. treatment and remain in isolation until Friday or Saturday at least. The hospital sent this Sunday Almansa analysis performed at the National Center for young Microbiologia, which the Ministry of Health confirmed the existence of the first positive case of type A/H1N1 viruses of porcine origin.

On the other hand, are expected analytical results of samples a couple entered the hospital Hellín (Albacete), which confirmed yesterday the general director of Public Health in Castilla-La Mancha, Berta Hernandez had the same symptoms as young Almansa, plus vomiting and diarrhea.

"Both young people are developing normally, have a good general condition and never have had a box gravedad.Su income is due to compliance to the guidelines in the protocol of the Regional Plan for Preparedness and Response to Pandemic Influenza" said Hernandez. The two patients are kept in respiratory isolation and developing well.

Fear throughout Europe before the advance of the swine flu

After the cases and confirmed in United Kingdom and Spain, Commissioner of Health recommends no travel to Mexico or United States

OLGA R. SANMARTIN / JOAQUIN MANSO / Madrid

The swine flu has been installed in Europe. Definitivamente.La Spanish Minister for Health and Social Policy, Trinidad Jimenez, announced yesterday that the couple entered Almansa (Albacete) has tested positive for H1N1 virus. This is the first confirmed case in the EU since it was unleashed in Mexico the first outbreaks.

The disease that has brought disgrace to American country (already counted 149 dead) moving at high speed through the rest of the world. U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom have also confirmed the existence of 40, six and two cases in their respective territories.

The fear is especially intense in Europe, where the Commissioner of Health of the EU, Androulla Vassiliou, yesterday recommended to avoid travel to Mexico and the USA. Germany, France, Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden, among others, suspect that the pathogen is already within their borders.

The alarm also extended yesterday, minute after minute for Spain, and the Ministry of Health did not give of themselves to one to ratify an all alerts. Therefore, Trinidad Jiménez had to consolidate data from all governments and appear twice before the media to update the list of infected.

Last night, the confirmed cases by the government amounted to 27.Se question of that couple of Almansa, and 26 other people under observation in different regions: 10 in Catalonia, four in Madrid, the Balearics and two one in Andalusia, Aragon, Asturias, Castilla y Leon, Castilla-La Mancha, Valencia, Galicia, Murcia, Basque Country and Rioja.

All of them were infected during recent trips to Mexico and no serious. 'A stable, evolving and responding well to treatment, "said Trinidad Jimenez, who explained that although there are 10 million doses of antiviral hoping that the medication is being provided to patients is symptomatic of any flu.

The minister made a gesture for all concerned is that día.Y Jimenez, who has only 20 days at the helm of the Ministry, it has touched a virus' new 'that is not known "neither evolution nor speed, nor their characteristics, or virulence.

Therefore, the Government has been careful to activate as soon as possible all preventive measures and emergency - 'We are the first country to have taken control and protection and we have to advance the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) "proclaimed the minister, and being in constant contact through protocols coordinated with all administrations, at global, European and autonomous.

Yesterday, Jimenez met for an hour with the chairman of the Government, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. Shortly before he presided over the meeting of the National Executive Committee for the Prevention, Control and Monitoring of the epidemiological evolution of influenza virus, which brings together nine ministries, from a Health Affairs, through the Interior, Defense and Development, as well as Several regional governments.

And in the evening discussed the crisis for more than two hours with representatives of the health regions in an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Interregional Health was scheduled for tomorrow and finally went ahead at what is fast developing iban events.

The meeting decided that the Public Health Commission of the National Health System will meet at least once a day by video conference with all counsel and to maintain controls and surveillance on all flights originating from countries where notified cases.

No wonder. Iberia is the company that most travelers from Europe moved to Latin America, ahead of strong airlines such as Air France, British Airways and Lufthansa. In the last week estimated that more than 4200 passengers arrived at Madrid Barajas airport from Mexico City.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommended postponing travel to Mexico and to reconsider travel to the USA. No further steps are discarded in the next few hours, especially after that last night, the WHO revised its scale of alert levels for global epidemics and move from stage 3, which speaks of sporadic cases or small outbreaks in humans, the Phase 4, characterized by a human to human spread of a new viral strain capable of causing outbreaks in communities.

Jimenez yesterday wanted to convey a message of 'peace' and stressed that we can eat pork without incident (the virus is only transmitted between human airway), in which no affected farms, where Spain is one country completely safe and that the calls were received at the public information service of the Ministry of Health have not been as many as expected (about 1,000).

But the minister did not hide the fact that our country will have to adapt to phase 4 and would shortly be confirmed cases.

In the United Kingdom, the European country where there are already-infected man and a woman who arrived from Mexico on Tuesday and were hospitalized in Scotland, the health authorities have been supplied antivirals to treat more than 33 million people, equivalent to half the population, according to the agency Efe.

In Spain are defined along the criteria of today's administration of these drugs in the autonomous communities.

The swine flu has already caused the deaths of 152 Mexicans, according to the balance offered by the Ministry of Health of Mexico, Jose Angel Cordova whose owner has underlined that has stalled the pace of deaths among those affected by the deadly virus.

Córdova, in joint press conference with Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa and Secretary of Labor, Javier Lozano, among other officials, asesguró that in the last three days the number of deaths has increased from six on Saturday, five and three on Sunday in the last few hours, apparently alluding to the confirmed deaths. For that reason, we considered that "an encouraging picture."

"There has been a reduction in the last hours in the last 24 hours, compared to the 25th (April), we had 141 cases, 26 were 119 and today was 110, has argued the minister, who has added "Fortunately there has also been a reduction in the number of deaths, 25 were 6, 26 were 5 and 27 were three."

The minister recalled that there were 776 people hospitalized in Mexico reportedly affected by the virus and is expected to confirm the diagnosis it was swine flu.

The data, Cordova said, are based on reports from the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (ISSTE) and the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), especially of that institution.

Moreover, it has argued that "Mexican authorities have acted with every opportunity, going beyond international requirements."

On the decision by the World Health Organization (WHO) to raise the level of pandemic alert phase 3 to 4 on the scale of 6, indicated that essentially means "an intensification of mitigation actions" of the epidemic.

The minister also reiterated that the authorities do not know where the virus originated but recalled that the first case that raised suspicions was the woman's southern state of Oaxaca who died on April 13.

Then they discovered that there had been a previous case of a child whose life was saved in Veracruz on the Gulf of Mexico, eleven days before, but this was learned later that the outbreak, which affected other people, there appeared a new type of influenza, such as swine flu.

Evidence "fast" before the flu

According to Cordova, from tomorrow, the government will have equipment to perform rapid tests about 500 people a day with symptoms that occur in hospitals, and between Wednesday and Thursday, other equipment to carry out molecular tests.

The minister conveyed the condolences of the Mexican Executive to all families who have lost a loved one, while for its part Espinosa appreciated the support received from outside.

Espinosa stressed that the Phase 4 declared by the WHO does not in principle to the relations of Mexico with the rest of the world, in terms of trade and tourism, except for the recommendations that can make the governments of other countries, especially in terms of travel.

For his part, Lozano said that "we must continue with economic activity in the pace and as conditions permit in all sectors and industries," he added.

According to the Mexican employers, said absenteeism was now between one and three percent, although that percentage may increase from morning after the announcement that the suspension of classes that affect the capital, to neighboring State of San Luis Potosi Mexico and extends throughout the national territory.

The World Health Organization (OMS) said on Tuesday that the swine flu virus detected in humans so far has not presented resistance to two drugs used

", ie, oseltamivir and zanamivir.

WHO spokesman Gregory Hartl, has called "avoid rumors that could distort the facts" in relation to any new outbreaks of swine flu. To a question about a suspected case detected in China, said that "for now this is a rumor."

The global health alert level was increased in the last 3 to 4 hours (on a scale up to 6), which means that there has been a transmission of the virus from person to person so that outbreaks can occur at the community level. This epidemic, which has affected two young men in Spain, has, so far, 152 deaths in Mexico, the country most affected by the swine flu.

Hartl has reiterated that WHO does not recommend travel restrictions and border closures, because "in terms of public health when traveling you can not refer to each person to a medical examination and expect to stop the disease."

"If someone has a fever and cough, it can be for many other reasons. Moreover, if a person is infected with this virus, there may be no symptoms," explained the spokesman. For that reason, has emphasized, "the travel restrictions are not working."

This virus is incubated from two to six days and severe symptoms are slow to appear five days, and at that stage when you enter in a dangerous period. " However, Hartl has stressed that "it is prudent for the governments tell their citizens to think twice before going to affected areas."

In Mexico the infection is transmitted in small communities

In Mexico "is clear," says the WHO, the infection is transmitted within small communities, while there is "suspicion of a transmission between humans in other places, where there was no contact with pigs," as in United States , but has clarified that "we do not yet have an official confirmation on this matter."

Clarified that transmission between people appears to have happened at a school in New York, although we expect official confirmation from the authorities. "

On the high mortality of the virus in Mexico, Hartl said that experts have not yet found an explanation, and argues that this infection may be complicated by pre-existing infections and make it more severe.

According to the spokesman for the WHO, "perhaps not recognizing the disease. When it has never seen a disease, doctors do not know how to treat it," adding that "those who are at the beginning of an outbreak are most vulnerable." The spokesman has clarified, however, that Mexico "has significant reserves of Tamiflu (oseltamivir).

Director of Public Health at the WHO says that the response to the epidemic has been "extraordinary" and that they were prepared for bird flu.

RTVE.es / GENEVA AGENCIAS 28.04.2009 - 08:50 hla World Health Organization (WHO) has raised the alert level for pandemic influenza swine from level 3 to 4 (on a scale of six) but without reaching recommend the restriction of movement. While in Mexico and about 150 are likely dead due to illness.

The director general of the UN agency, Margaret Chan, has taken this decision after consulting with the expert committee of WHO. Level 4 is ordered when it is verified that the A/H1N1 virus is transmitted from person to person.

Director of Public Health, WHO, Maria Neira, explained on Radio National that "containment measures are not effective" and now tries to avoid "local transmission".

She noted that health authorities were "ready" because the experience of four or five years of bird flu has served to "improve the ability to react." Overall, Neira has praised the transparency and "extraordinary speed with which individual countries have acted with a degree of coordination" unprecedented. "

Neira has also stressed that the virus circulating "the closure of borders does not arise" and now there are insufficient data to assess whether Mexico has reacted appropriately against swine flu.

More shots

The assistant director of WHO, Keiji Fukuda, along the same lines said in a press conference that "experience shows that the travel restrictions and border closures have little effect on curbing the movement of the virus."

WHO promotes the continued production of vaccines for the common flu (seasonal), as it helps to neutralize the virus of swine influenza, while working to create a specific vaccine against it, which can take between 4 and 6 months and several months to manufacture in large quantities.

Although not recommended restricting travel, the WHO noted that it is logical steps to be followed to avoid foreign travel, if one is sick, or go to the doctor after a trip if a person develops symptoms of flu.

Containment

This Monday was the second meeting of the WHO emergency, established in 2005, after the meeting on Saturday, a few days of the alarm set off by the many cases in Mexico regristrados.

The shift to a higher phase of pandemic alert indicates, according to the WHO, which has increased the possibility of a pandemic, but it is not inevitable.

According to Fukuda, the failure to come to the stage 5 is that epidemiological data indicate that transmission between humans is not yet supported. As an example quoted the only confirmed case in Spain, for a couple of 23 years of Almansa returned from a trip to Mexico. "This is a case of a person who has returned from Mexico, but we do not see that the virus has spread from it to other people in your community."

Fukuda said that one of the questions on the crisis that still has no answer to WHO is why the disease is much worse in Mexico, where more than 20 deaths and 150 suspected and confirmed more than 1,600 patients in the other countries such as United States, where nearly all 40 cases are mild and no deaths. The other countries with confirmed cases are Canada and Scotland, where two cases were confirmed this Monday afternoon.

Swine flu, a traditional strain of subtype H1N1 that has mutated in pigs (contains genes from avian influenza, swine and human) in humans causes fever over 39 degrees, cough, severe headache, muscle aches and joints, irritation of eyes and flow trap. They recommend monitoring your condition if you have been in Mexico. So far all the cases come from there.

RTVE.es MADRID 28.04.2009 - 11:33 hla Minister of Health, Trinidad Jimenez, has confirmed a second case of swine flu in our country. This is a couple joined Valencia in the La Fe Hospital, although it is safe. This is a man of 24 years, who traveled with Almansa girl who was first detected positive, according to Radio National.

It is expected that the Ministry offered at 12.00 a new balance of cases being treated.

However, the minister has confirmed that it is safe and that its evolution could be discharged within hours. This morning, Jiménez announced that Almansa girl who was diagnosed as the first case of this deadly virus in our country will be discharged soon.

Speaking to journalists at the Ministry, where he attends the presentation of a study on the health of the Roma population, the minister explained that the confirmation of the "positive" comes from the Instituto Carlos III de Madrid.

The situation, "stable and controlled"

Trinidad Jimenez noted that the reported test results to Minister of Health of the Generalitat Valenciana and it has been in communication with the patient who has responded well to treatment and whose condition is stable, it will be given high in the coming hours.

The minister reiterated that the situation in Spain is "stable and controlled." Regarding the decision of the World Health Organization (WHO) to raise the alert to level four, Jimenez pointed out that involves the implementation of epidemiological surveillance measures, measures already in place in Spain since the emergence of the first cases.

It also involves planning the response to the possibility of meeting more people, an initiative that has already been adopted in coordination with the autonomous communities within the Council Interterritorial.

The final balance of cases swine susceptible to crisis in Spain offered by the Ministry was published this Monday night and stood at 26 the number of people being tested. In Mexico, however, 152 people have died since the outbreak

swine influenza virus:has been developed in laboratories ???

"My level of concern is important," said Dr. Martin Fenstersheib, the health officer of Santa Clara. "We have a new virus, a new strain to spread from human to human, and we're seeing a virulent strain in Mexico that seems to be related.

"Is it the deadly mixture of swine influenza virus never before seen photos"

That this outbreak has "pandemic potential" and has been ordered stockpiling supplies of Tamiflu, known generically as oseltamivir, a pill that can treat and prevent flu infection, according to officials.

As we have emphasized above, those interested in introducing the vaccine Tamiflu is mainly global and Bilderberg member George Shultz, Lodewijk JR Vink andthe former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.

In fact, Rumsfeld himself, played a key role in the outbreak of swine flu in 1976 that urged the country to be vaccinated. Many batches of the vaccine were contaminated, resulting in hundreds of sick people and 52 deaths.

The fact that the properties of the strain are completely new and that the virus spreads from person to person, and that healthy young people are affected in the worst case, has disturbing parallels with the deadly 1918 pandemic killed millions of people.

It is unclear why, if the virus is a new strain, public health officials are so sure that the mass vaccination programs, already being prepared, would necessarily be effective.

Certainly not be the first time that the deadly flu virus has been developed in laboratories and then be released with the intention of creating a pandemic.

The story first hit last month, Czech journalist secuestionaban if the shocking discovery of vaccines contaminated with the deadly bird flu virus that was distributed to 18 countries by the U.S. company Baxter were part of a conspiracy to cause a pandemic.

Since the probability of a mixture of live virus priovenientes biological weapons are introdzuzcan with the vaccine by accident is almost impossible, this leaves no other explanation that the contamination was a deliberate attempt to militarize the H5N1 virus at its ends stronger and distribute it through the conventional flu vaccines to people who then spread transmit airborne.

However, this is not the first time that the vaccine in which companies have been caught in the distribution of vaccines contaminated with a deadly virus.

In 2006 it was revealed that Bayer Corporation has discovered that injection of drugs, used by hemophiliacs, were contaminated with the HIV virus. they took it off the U.S. market only to dump it on the European, Asian and Latin American markets, knowingly Exposing thousands, most of them children, live to the HIV virus. Most victims were children hemophiliacs. .

Government officials in France were in jail for allowing the drugs were distributed. The documents show that the FDA colluded with Bayer to cover the scandal-enabled the deadly drug is distributed worldwide. Not always face the executives of Bayer arrest or prosecution in the United States.

In the UK, a 2007 outbreak of foot and mouth disease t

FMD outbreak in Great Britain who put on high alert throughout the country had its origins in a government laboratory which is shared with an American pharmaceutical company, mirroring the deadly outbreak of 2001, which was also deliberately.

Panic by the swine flu is spreading in Mexico.

Soldiers patrol the streets after it was confirmed that the transfer was made from human to human, and that the virus is a new strain appears to affect the young and healthy people. The virus is a kind never seen before, is a mixture of human viruses, influenza viruses of avian and swine from the United States, Europe and Asia.

There are indications that the virus can be created synthetically in the laboratory.

According to reports, a combination that the virus' never had been seen and combining swine flu, bird and human viruses, they are a mixture of viruses intercontinental North America, Europe and Asia.

"Associated Press report. "Officials from the CDC detected a virus with a unique combination of genes that had not been seen before or anyone here or in pigs

RTVE.es / GENEVA AGENCIAS 27.04.2009La World Health Organization (WHO) has raised the alert level for pandemic influenza swine from level 3 to 4 (on a scale of six) but not to recommend the restriction of movements. While in Mexico and about 150 are likely dead due to illness.

The director general of the UN agency, Margaret Chan, has taken this decision after consulting with the expert committee of WHO. Level 4 is ordered when it is verified that the A/H1N1 virus is transmitted from person to person.

The assistant director of WHO, Keiji Fukuda, said at a press conference that "experience shows that the travel restrictions and border closures have little effect on curbing the movement of the virus."
