Help us lead one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.

The Product Manager for IV Fluids, Global Marketing in the Hospital Division, will be responsible for strategic and executional activities for the IV Fluids area within the Hospital Division.

What your responsibilities will include:

• You will develop a strategic plan to optimize and grow the IV Fluids business.
• You will conduct a thorough market analysis (trends/opportunities/competition) using a range of data sources.
• You will partner with Business Intelligence and Commercial Operations/Sales to gather data and customer feedback.
• You will create value proposition/messaging for new products/indications.
• You will develop training, core sales materials, and regional promotional materials and activities when needed to support sales.
• You will oversee activities/timing of regulatory and manufacturing partners for new products/indications.
• You will work with KOL's in organizing advisory boards, speaker engagements or webinars.

 Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar. Global Marketing or Management Master’s studies are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ of experience in Marketing within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector. Experience in IV medications area is preferable.
• Advanced level in Spanish and English (C1-C2).
• Advanced level in Excel. Project management software knowledge would be a plus.  
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and with strong project management skills.
• Business negotiation skills.

• Temporary contract (maternity leave).

• Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-9 to 17-18h and Friday 8-15h.
