This is a varied and interesting new role, working for a global leader in pharmaceutical product development. You will be given good exposure to a broad variety of chemistry techniques, be willing and enthusiastic to learn, and enjoy being challenged.

Role requirements:

• Development and optimisation of analytical chemistry methods such as GC and HPLC, to support the progression of new synthetic processes for complex molecules.

• Development and optimisation of purification techniques across the product portfolio.

• Implement developed methods in an efficient and timely manner - in line with specified Quality and Regulatory requirements.

• Taking a collaborative and agile approach to ensure that project deadlines are met without compromising the quality of your output.

Your background:

• Bsc or Msc (or equivalent) in a Chemistry discipline such as Chemistry, biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry or Forensic Science for example

• Good working knowledge of chromatographic techniques such as GC, LC, HPLC, TLC

• Good working knowledge with chromatography equipment such as Agilent or Waters

• High attention to detail, process-driven and efficient in your approach

• Team-spirited, communicative and collaborative
