A leading food and drink consultancy has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Analytical Chemist to join its team. Your role will be to conduct GC and GCMS analysis, method development and validation. To be considered you must have proven experience in the use and development of GC and worked in an ISO 17025 compliant lab.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis of encapsulated flavour materials by GC, GC-O and GC-MS

ISO 17025 method validation

Development of new methods and improvement of existing ones

Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• A BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry
• Proven experience of GC and GC-MS
• A working familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
