An electric car spends 75% less than one of gasoline, according to a study

An electric car generates a cost of two euros per 100 kilometers, compared to eight euros for one of gasoline, which saves up to 75 percent, according to a study that handle promoters of clean vehicles.

In an interview with Efe, the president of the Spanish Association for the Promotion of Electric Vehicles, non-polluting (Avele), Angel Aghili, emphasized that the energy efficiency of an electric motor reaches 95 percent, versus 35 per one percent of fuel use.

Finally, the head of the promoters of clean vehicles recalled that the increase of electric cars should be accompanied by the establishment of recharge points, and has described as "very positive" that the Government has announced the creation of five hundred of these points for public use.

Overcoming the legal obstacles to have a proper outlet in a garage in a community and force gas stations to have points of recharge through solar panels on the roof, are outstanding issues to create a complete map and solvent recharge points in Spain .
