Added 28 cases of seasonal influenza A and Hidalgo

The governor of Hidalgo Miguel Osorio Chong, reported today on the increasing cases of influenza type A or the seasonal call of 23 cases that had a 28 yesterday, 17 of whom are men and 11 women.

At a press conference, the state said that any infections were detected in 15 municipalities of the entity, while the latter cases, he said, were presented at Zimapán, cactus, Omitlán Juarez, Pachuca and Huejutla.

He reported that state in the case of Maria de los Angeles Garcia, 51 years old, who recently arrived in the city of Dallas, Texas, is the only serious patients are hospitalized in Pachuca.

Osorio Chong said that of all 28 cases, seven were discarded because they might have the virus of swine influenza, while in other cases are pending in the studies could be ready in three days.

He urged people to continue the alert remains in the country and state, to avoid contamination, after informing people that the World Health Organization (OMS) decided to raise its global alert from 4 to 5.
